My latest "creation" has a dent in one of the mufflers. It is what I would call an easy one to push out if one could get to the inside. Any one have any experience removing a dent like this? I was even thinking about asking a guy that specializes in removing door dings with out needing to repaint when done.

stainless steel
Maybe try rapping a bit of stainless steel (thin sheet) around the complete megaphone or a beer can label perhaps....I got a ding as well, left it the way it was for now.

PO had installed a 'Heat Shield' over my pipes to hide a shallow dent. I am not sure where he got them, but they are basically two rolled sheet metal peices, chromed and with hose clamps attached to clamp to the pipe. They look very trick.Papa Gino
