I couldn't find one without the mounting stubs broken, so I bought a couple of them from eBay with broken studs and repaired them.
I don't see any list on eBay now.
Maybe Andreas can help.
EDIT: This Subject is posted in three different threads! My response above is already outdated because I didn't happen to read the other threads first. Wouldn't it better to have all your answers in the same thread with consolidated thinking?
