You've got to be kidding me!!! The turbo on ebay was ended by seller. "No longer for sale". What the? How am I supposed to take a picture of it on my bike when it is "no longer for sale". Man I hope he didn't "settle" for it, 'cuz I had a nice chunk of change waiting for it. Geeeez.

I just recieved an email from the seller. He said that he had someone come into the store and offer him $1100 for it. Couldn't pass it up. I told him that it propably would have gone pass that. I know I was prepared to higher than that. Beside the point. I don't recall seeing anywhere that it was "being sold locally". The guy has a excellent rating too. Might make me leery in the future with this guy. I use my favorite sellers list for the opposite. He made the list. Maybe I sound over excited about this. I mean its just an over priced turbo, but this would've looked real nice on my 80 project.
Oh well....on to the next aquisition.
And to think my family and friends say I'm an Ebayaholic...hmmm

why so expensive for a turbo? Check out greddy turbo's or rev hard turbos. Both inexpensive with good results.

Now here's a scary thought...and not just cause it's halloween or anything, but I went into the local Yam dealer today (not cause I wanted to, but because I needed some filters for the tank) and the guy told me, since I'm about the only one in the city who actually gives a damn about the bike, that he had a complete NOS system that came off an XS 1100 that they scrapped. I gave him **** for scrapping the bike with out saving the good stuff. If I was as serious as I was a couple of years ago about speed though, I think I might have purchased the last nail of my coffin....lol. 400 canadian is what they're selling it for. Nitro on a XS 1100...ya...holly chit that would be good for some giggles

Arctic, just a small matter of time before those nitro hits blow a stock motor to 100,000 peices. Wonder why they scrapped that bike?
