What year is my XS11 ?

Hello:

I am not sure what year my bike is. This is the info I have.

manufacture date on frame 8/78
vin 2H7-110321
The bike is in Canada

I have a pdf file about paint codes and it says vin 2H7-100101 and up is a Canadian 1979 bike.
I can't upload the pdf, don't see how to.

I think it is a 1979 model because I don't have the headlight switch on the right switch gear.

Hi Bas,

Thank you. This is what I have too. From this "decoder ring" lol, mine looks to be a 1979. I am going to paint it Indigo blue.

Ronnie, the Indigo blue is actually a Japanese color. Here, in the U.S. that 81 Venturer perfect color match is actually 2000 Toyota Carbon Blue-Black. BTDT re-painting my Venturer side-covers.......perfect match to original color.

That paint color is also a Code:210.
