  • Thinking about selling my bike.

    What I've got:
    1979 XS1100 SF / Black / 19K Miles / Vetter trunk /
New tires with less than 250 miles on them.

I am in Chicago, but am planning a trip to LA in the near future and could possibly transport it elsewhere.

If anyone is interested I've got pictures and details galore. Drop me a line.

Well, the first question I'm sure comes to everyone's mind would be ... how much???

Secondly, have you got any close up pictures? I'm in South Carolina, but if the price is right, I think I would enjoy the ride home.

Bring it to British Columbia and I'll add it to the stable in the carport this winter. $500 bucks should cover it, eh?

I know I said the only way my XS is leaving the house is if I get a LeMans I in for a trade.
Maybe I could get one. But the more I think about it, the less inclined I am to actually doing it. Sure, I can get another XS11 for a lot less than a LeMans, and there is more elevens out there than guzzis, but still. There was a nice one on ebay for 3500 euro that noone wanted. Eh well.... maybe next year...
