  • Front fork springs?

I have an oppertunity to get a new set of front fork springs, and want to know if these springs for the E model 1100 would be the same as for the H model which I have.......if someone has the quick answer to that let me know ASAP. cause I have bought an hour to snatch some up from the e-bay gods for next to nothing.....as they are NOS in the box, standard, not heavy duty.........Thanks guys

The part numbers are different, but they may work. If they are cheap enough, get 'em. If they don't fit, ebay 'em.The 81 takes a 3H5 prefix, and the 78 takes a 2H7 prefix. The only difference may be the spring rates.

Thanks for the info John........heck, the gotta have a better spring rate that the 24 yr. old ones, as I am running 20psi in 'em now, and seem to remember runnin bout 7-12psi in 'em when it was new.
