Does XS middle/final-gear fits XJ

Hello, yes i wonder if the whole driveline from XS fits XJ, i got the ujoint, but should have the middle and final gear to and also the swingarm. They all works fine now, but you never know.

After one year with the XJ1100 i dont think i ever sell this bike, so i have to get some spare-parts if something should brake down. On ebay there are few xj-parts, but a ton of XS parts.

I know there are differences in brakes, but do the discs fit?

Hi,
in the US they only made the XJ1100 for 1982, else where they made it for '82, '83, and '84 Like up here in Canada.
I also have an '81 XS1100 LH (Midnight Special) as far as I know this was the only XS model that shared the Unified braking system with the XJ1100 the noticeable tip is the tiny front brake master cylinder ( it only actuates the front Left Caliper) the rear brake actuates the Rear and front right calipers.

the question about the swing arm is ... yup thats all the same, as is the middle and final gears etc. the rotors and wheels are a direct cross over ('81 Midnight has the same Vortex rims)
