If you've got the bar, just take a pencil rubbing of the holes to any upholstery shop and they can whip one out in no time. The board in mine is rotted and that's what I'm planning to do as soon as the cold weather sets in. If you need the bar, then you'll have to visit the wreckers or make one yourself. FWIW, my wife complained that the pad was a little short, so I'm going to get my new pad made 2" taller.
