    Bike back on the road

She's running good, just went through carbs and put new needles, and seat seals, and had her synchronized.

Next I will check plug color, and see if the mixture screws are set ok.

Man, it sure feels good to ride again.

      Carb parts source ...
      Where'd they come from?
      How much did they cost?
      Thanks,

        Parts source

Needles came from mikes650.net-$4.00 each USD, shipping $4.00,

seals-Napa auto parts-valve stem seals (take your old seat-seals -push in type-and just match them up) out of the assorted o-rings for valves.
These o-rings were a couple of bucks for all four.

I was thrilled since Yammarbobber wanted $29.00 apiece for the needles, and I'm sure they want an arm and leg for a seat, lol.

Hope that helps, it was for an xj with push in seats, later.

          Parts

You may needle other parts, like the seats, if so Mikesxs-(not Mikes650xs-my mistake on previous post)

they have needles and seats for ten dollars a pair.

If you need the whole rebuild kit- there are several sources, someone here can help you, or do a search, you might check Partsnmore.com, or Oldbikebarn.com ,

Oh when checking your seats make sure you polish them with chrom polish, and then check them for flush surface where needles sits, you may be able to use them again, if not mikesxs is a good place to get them W/needles cheap.

          good luck.
