Can getting two vacuume diaphrams w/needles switched cause a rough idle?

It could if you have not resync'd the carbs after swapping the parts, or if you've inadvertently caused a vacuum leak somewhere.......

Just got it synchronized today, its running great.

I was just being paranoid, I knew I still had to synchronize and hoped that would do it.

I don't suppose getting the diaphrams switched would hurt anything as long as they were both set the same and not modified, right?
