How far should I disassemble Float Assembly?

Ben, have you tried using allen screws in the bowls? Or even the same screws that you are using on the carb tops. Removal would be very easy with a 1/4 in ratchet, and a short, 5mm hex driver or an 8mm thin wall socket. An air ratchet would make it even easier. That way you could just drop the bowls, and change the main jets and needle and seat assembly without pulling the carbs.
