  • My 1st XS1100

    Just bought my first XS1100.
    A 1980 Midnight Special.
    Doesn't run yet, 20k miles.
I'm so excited I could spit.
    Just wanted to express myself.
    Cheers

Great! Add another MNS to the list. Send photos when available. Before and after.

Good Job! This site is the best on the net for these bikes. The community is way more helpful than many of the sites I have read in the past.

Glad to see another rider in this neck of the woods.

            New owner also...

I too just purchased my first bike which, of course, if a 78 XS 1100.

Needless to say, I know exactly how you feel about wanting to get it running and on the road. For me, owning this bike is a 5 year dream realized.

            See you on the road...
