missed oportunity story

Still kicking myself.. About 6 months ago,I was helping a buddy with a 'dwarf car' midget racer-type thing. He is using a V-max motor in t, full race build. He was complaining about all the "junk" he had to get rid of, all his old XS-11 engines and spares. He had ran the XS-11 motor in his race car for 3 seasons, but was building a new car out of it, using an R-1 Motor (these guys are SERious!). Anyhow, he had 3 complete engines, boxes and boxes of parts, heads, big-bore kits, race cams, on & on. I could of gotten ALL of it for beer money and hauling it away! Of course, not having much space myself, (20 bikes), and not knowing the coolness or owning an XS11, I let it go. He GAVE it all to a fellow racer, one of the last guys running the XS11 motor. *kick* *kick* *kick*

Find out what he was running for an ignition, these guys do not run Yamaha black boxes. Find out who got them, likely still sitting in his garage!!
