Wish I would have known. I sent him $70 via PayPal a month ago. After an acknowledgement that he'd gotten the money, and a promise to have them out "next week" I havn't heard squat from him......
And he hasn't been returning Emails either.....
I was thinking he might be laid up. I had no idea I was the one that got laid.......
Well, it looks like he *has* delivered in the past.
Over on the Yahoo list I got these responses:

Chris is a good guy - don't worry. It may take a little while but you'll
get your stuff.

I ordered the lines from him a few years ago it took him several
months to get them to me. He is a hard workin guy, from what I can
tell, and he makes these things for a great price. He even made mine
longer, so i could use my handlebar extesions, for no extra cost.
So give him some time he will get back with you.
You can also use the "modular" Russell brakelines (SS). You buy 6 of the 35 degree banjo bolts and then whatever length of lines you need. The lines come in predefined lengths and screw onto the banjo bolts. The system is more expensive than Rawsons, but you should be able to get the parts from any MC dealer within a few days.
I put this system on my bike and have been very satisfied with them.
I put the Russels on my buddies 'wing with very good results, BUT, make sure the fittings are in stock . . . order from your MC dealer, and make them call the warehouse. We spent 6 months waiting on (premade) russell lines. Never did get them, but managed to get the fittings and lines without much trouble.

Got a email from Chrisr last week. Said he has been going flat out at work the last few months, and no time for anything else. Will start making brake lines this week. I had sent 3 or 4 emails to him over the last 3 months with no reply, so I sent him 6 in about two minutes. Don't like to do that but it worked. Let you all know when I get my lines.
Ive had Chris' ss lines for about a year. They are great, good quality and fit perfectly. He even customized the length for me as I have 4" risers on my handle bars.
But, He does take a while to make them. You cant be in a hurry as he does this in his spare time. I believe mine took about 4 months or so. But they are worth it.
