I was on BIKEBANDIT looking for a rear tire for my XS1100E standard and the only 17" Dunlop Elite II rear tire they had was a MT-90HB-17 is this the correct tire?

yes, that's the tire i have on my 79F

I also have the same tire in a black wall on my 79F (it's 130 wide). Got it at http://www.americanmototire.com for $83, shipping was $19 for F&R tire and 2 tubes.
