  • telefix fork brace BOLTS WANTED!!

Hi i got a telefix fork brace ,lost the bolts tho!!

looking to find some somewhere, think they got (5mm wide thread)

and heads are the worst thing got to be (7mm max across)

to fit in recess WHICH CANNOT BE DRILLED/BORED OUT in any way!!

    (15mm long threaded part)

need 8 of those and ( 2 x 40mm long threaded part) (7mm wide thread) any size head on bolt say 12mm is about right

i think these are the right measurement??

any help would be really appreciated

    thanx

Having done the jist of my restoration in a poorly lit, dirt floored, barn w/ a crooked work bench, I lost a LOT of bolt, screws, etc. I just went down to the local Ace hardware store and replaced them. Never came across anything I couldn't either replace or recreate. I went for bolts and such so often, in face, that SWMBO teased me that bolts was code for my other girlfriend.

Find a Stihl or Husqvarna Chainsaw dealer.
they have lots of metric socket head screws.

Gaffer, buy the bolts with the 'too big head', chuck them in a vise, and file the head to whatever size you want.
