Carbon fouling, running too rich, or left the choke on way too long. That plug can be cleaned, but if it's not thoroughly cleaned will misfire and foul itself again, even though you may have fixed the mixture problem.

Have you recently done carb work? What have you done (or not) that may be the cause of the rich mixture?

Well I really have not done anything, except notice that at 3k RPM the bike runs like crap, almost like its flooding itself. I think that there are the wrong size jets in it, so I have the stock ones on order.

The reason I pulled the plug is i read on that misc tips and tricks that changing your plugs can help your fuel milage. I dont have new plugs yet but I think im going to get some..

btw how long is too long on choke?

        Too long on choke?

I choke full to start, then within 1 min I switch to half choke, then ride away. 2-3 minutes more and then off choke.

Den, Do a 6 - 7000 rev run for 5 minutes or so in 5th, pull over, rip out the plug on the roadside - bet it'll be nice and clean. The idle and pilot circuits are running way too rich, so the proper sized pilot jets in combination with the proper sized main jets, the correct float setting, a middle clip needle position, and a normal front idle screw setting will run those plugs clean at all revs. Also a good 1 hour run at 6000 or over (7500 is the best) - will clean out the combustion chambers. What you see on that plug is what's inside the chambers. Called 'blowing out the cobwebs'.
