    Fork Reassembly Help

I am beginning to feel like a pest with all these requests but just one more?

During reassembly of the forks I have ended up with some extra chrome spacers and not sure where they go. The CD or Yamaha web site doesn't seem to show anything. I will try and draw a simple drawing to show how its currently set up.

    ---------------Top Clamp
    __________
    __________| AirPressure Assembly
--------------- Spacer on top of light Ears
    | |

    Headlight Ears

    |_________| Spacer on bottom of ears
    __________
    __________| Lower Clamps

The spacers left over are larger than the ones on the ears but I am not sure where they go. Its one thing I didn't document as I was removing them.

    Thanks

    Jack

    Hey Jack,

The Fiche shows 2 spacers on the bottom of the headlight braces, so it must go there, the larger one I think on bottom, then the one that fits the ears. Hope this helps!
