Any idea where to get replacement bolt and nut that attaches xs1100 special seat to frame?

Bikebandit has most of the parts for it, but not all. Looks like you'll need to find a salvage yard for the whole thing.

if you still have the slotted bracket you can use a standard or stainless carridge bult from any hardware store
