front fork oil/air

somehow over the last 25 years my owner's manual got lost and I can't seem to remember the correct way to change the fork oil. Can someone please fill me in? 1980 XS1100 Special.

To answer your question, click on the "Tech tips" button on the left side of the screen and scroll down to the suspension section.
There is a ton of information on this site, if you can't find what you need in the Tech Tips, do a search from the tab on the top of the screen.
