    I just had a weird problem with my standard. The 1/4" pipe from the right fuel petcock broke!!
    The petcocks are about a year old, put on by the PO. I did notice that it was up against the top of the carb.
    Now I need to try and find a replacement pipe, if possible. I am going to try and raise the rear of the tank a little to keep it from going again.
    Any idea's on where to get parts? I don't have the money fore a "new" assembly!

    The petcocks are about a year old, put on by the PO. I did notice that it was up against the top of the carb.
    Are they after market because the ones from Yami don't hit. There are usually some on eBay but will probably need to be rebuilt unless they came off a runner. Check http://www.yamaha-motor.com/star/myy...starthere.aspx
