What year is it ??

I just bought another XS1100 but the guy lost the title for it.
I think it is a 78 or 79 but I not sure which.
The numbers stamped into the frame and engine are the same, LUCKY ME.. they are 2H7-007945
Any way I can figure what each number & letter means?
