never ending crb/coil problems

well chaps i thought that i had solved all my problems BUT>>>>
i got new primary coils, main coils, ignitor,
isaved and saved and got a complete rewire
i saved even more and got it dyna jetted (stage 3 no less)(k&n individual filters&one off stainless pipes -4 into2 then back into 4)
i took it back to the dyna jetters so many times ,i got a refund

now hthat ive bored you all to death ,heres the problem

shes runs ok ,sounds glorious BUT 1&4 plugs are pretty black whereas 2&3 are fine and the mixture screws on all carbs are screwed down tight

surely this cant be right ?????

anyone got any ideas

If you look at the threads, you may find that the DynaJet system is BAD for the 1100. I've read that almost everyone who has installed one has gone back to stock parts, but different jetting.
Try to replace the pilot jets with stock, and start over on the mains.
Also, the floats must all be the same! they will make a difference on your running and fuel/air mixture.

thanks for that but the only problem is that with the filters and pipes etc it ran like a bag of s**t and after much handing over of hard earned cash ,the only wayto get it running was to put in the kit.
I could live with the performance but i am worried about the mixture screws screwed down tight
I'm thinking of removing two of the baffles (there are four after all)

I want to get it sort of fixed cos it looks like it might stop raining in the uk soon and we've got the rock and blues festival coming soon and i dont want to have to push it there again this year
