XJ leaking Forks - Is there a seals kit?

Man, I hate that it drips on the brake cylinder, too!

I haven't had the forks apart, but I'd checked my local Yamaha dealer and found that some parts are discontinued. Ay Yi!

Anyone know where I can get either:

    1. a kit, or
    2. individual seals, gaskets, & etc

    for both Front Forks?

    Any help is appreciated,

Have you tried Bike Bandit, partsnmore or old bike barn? Or evy even? Those four come to mind right now, and I think there is a member that buys and sells old Japanese parts, but I can't recall his handle. It might be Bill Woods. Look him up and email him.

I bought a set from partsnmore and a Yamaha set from http://www.zanottimotor.com/ and like the Yamaha set better.

I have never had any luck with aftermarket fork seals. They have all leaked, especially when charing the forks with air. I would recommend using OEM fork seals. I have had set of OEM seals in my bike for about 5 years now, with no leakage.
