  • need samsonite retaining bolt

Can anyone help this fella find what he needs?

    >>>The bolt I lost (horror of horrors!)is the one that in unscrewed with with round key to remove the luggage from the luggage rack mounted on the cycle. In other words, the quick release bolt. There is one bolt for each piece of luggage. It has a metal point that goes into a hole in the luggage to secure it. As to my bolt problem, since I still have two bolts, I can use them on the side bags, and easily bungee the top trunk on. I just hate having lost it. It is
probably hiding somewhere in my garage.(snip)<<<

Sid, could he not just go to a hardware store and buy a bolt that would thread in? Of course, it wouldn't be pointed but a grinder could fix that if it was imporant. And he would probably lose the quick removal convience but it should work OK other than that.
