    Timing Light?

    I saw these on ebay for fairly cheap wondered what you guys thought.


    $22 to the door

    Those 'timing lights' are for the old point type ignition systems and for setting the base timing.

        They have. Any good quality timing light works just fine on our XS-XJ's.

          You want to look for a good quality INDUCTIVE STROBOSCOPIC timing light.

            Thanks you guys have been a lot of help... 6 months ago when I got my bike I didn't own a wrench nor had I ever worked on a bike. I know I wouldn't have gotten half the work done without you guys. I should have some life back into this bike soon.
