Horns won't stop

I just turned on my bike and the horns started sounding. I took apart the button and made sure all was well, but to no avail...she's still sounding off like my ex-wife. Any ideas? Also, where is the horn relay? This an XJ. Thanks

The horns ar hot when you turn on the key. The switch only completes the ground. They are grounding before the circuit gets to the switch. Look for the short to ground.
