FI success stories or updates?

It has been a while since I have heard anything about fuel injection conversions and am curious as to why. I'd love to hear some stories, see some pics, get parts breakdown, or anything. this will be a future project for me but if there have been some more succeses I'd love to see a write up in the "How To" or something.
