gas tank removal

Has anyone removed the gas tank from an 82 Xj 1100j before?
I am wanting to get the tank painted but by looking at it I cant tell how to remove it from the frame. Any help would be appreciated.

Remove the seat first. You'll see a large bolt holding the tank to the frame, right under the front of the seat. Remove it and lift off the tank. Be careful, since there will be quite a few fuel lines and such going to the tank...

Thank you Bill, I have looked at that bolt many times but thought it was only there to catch the front of the seat. Figures, it was much easier than I was about to make it.
