Hey Guys, Thanks! For one thing I didn't know about the neutral light that could be a culprit or the vacume sensor, wow cool maybe I'll get somewhere with this thing . Its tough when you don't have a book on it, thanks again and I'll keep you posted. Tank You

just thinking
had a problem with the wire at the clutch at one time,i ended up lossening the cap on the air filler on shock and grounding the wire there.starts and runs fine since1982 XJ 1100
going strong after 60,000 miles
