I am still trying to find out where to get a color tuner,so I will have to do it the old fashioned way right now and therefore have more questions for you kind folks. After I have the idle screw lightly seated,I know I should go out 1 1/4 turns.I am confused a bit, should I paint a small dot on the side that I start on,and turn the screw all the wayuntil that dot is facing me again?Or should I just turn the screw until the side facing me faces away? Does this make sense?

Most folks just watch the screwdriver, either the blade or the handle, and watch it turn 1 full rotation, and then add a 1/4 turn more. So if watching the blade, you should see the side facing you again, and then the edge further for the final 1/4 turn. If it's facing away from you, then you've only done 180 degrees or 1/2 turn!
I didn't check before replying, but I thought there were some tech tips on setting the pilot/idle screws without using a colortune!?
