    Want to Buy

I want a OEM original headlight assemblyfor my 1980 XS 11 G. I have a Windjammer fairing on now and want to go without the fairing. I need the brackets, lens bucket and the lens. If you can help, please advise.

Try xswilly here in the forum. He had an ad here a while ago. He has an 80G that he's selling parts from.

Good luck finding one. When they turn up the usually go for insane prices.

I was able to piece one together for my 79 restoration project but it wasn't easy to get all the bits...

I have a perfect headlight assembly from my '80 XS11, minus the headlight bucket. It has a perfect chrome trim ring, headlight lens mounts and a perfect halogen headlight lens (Stanley). I have to look in one storage shed and I might have the headlight bucket. No fork mounts.

I also have a brand new Yamaha NOS chrome round headlight assembly from a XS1100 Special. This is complete and perfect. I also have a 1980 vintage H4 halogen E spec (eurpoean) headlight lens available for this as well.
