    Best place for needles/seats?

Heading says it all. I've tried a couple of K&L kits, they seem to leak worse than the old varnished stock ones...so much so I put the stock ones back in. Anyone know if they are still available from Yamaha? What have you guys had good luck with?

Stay with stock parts for carbs as much as possible. K&L kits will give you headaches. Try BikeBandit.com, there is also a place back east that rebuilds bike carbs (can't remeber the name). I'd check w/ your local dealer first.
