I'm not sure where the crank case breather tube should be routed and terminated. I don't remember it being attached to anything when I took off the airbox and carbs. XS1100G
That's the 'S'haped tube? It goes from the crankcase to the airbox. Look for the fitting betwenn #2 and #3 carbs.
There is also a gearbox breather hose, a small diameter one. That one routes down the rear of the engine through a guide rail on the motor and is open to the atmosphere.
