    clutch

    just wondering what type of oil are u using? Synth oil is too slippery for the clutch.Others have had this trouble. ................MITCH

      Dan i got one you can have for shipping charges, well actualy i'll send it for free. It can't be but a dollar for shipping. So if ya want it either pm me or e-mail your addy to chevy45412001@yahoo.com ,and i'll get it out to you. I had very much the same probs your decribing,with my bike. i put in the extra plate and curred my slip. Mine was only happening in 5th gear when i'd goose it but no more.

        i have run only havoline motorcycle oil for several years now, I have not ever run synthetics in my bikes. I have never tried to run any because I keep reading about clutch problems on wet clutch systems with these oils.
