  • XS Exhausts

I found this company on the internet and sent them an email asking them if they could replicate the factory exhaust for a 79 Special. I also asked them if they could rebuild the old system. I'll post their reply when I get it.

Has anyone ever tried to find someone who can do this before? If so, do you have a phone number or a link to them?

Found another company that may do this also. I sent them an email request for information.

So far they all seem to be in Australia...Is there anyone in the US that does this?

      stainless steel

At one time there was a post or thread about stainless steel exhaust system for or bikes. IIRC it was in products section. I'm not sure if it is still there or not,and the post was from a long time ago.

This was out on ebay some while back but did not sell. It is mufflers only but made in the USA.

Yeah, too bad that ebay job makes like a standard exhaust and covers up the axle. No wonder it didn't sell.

Yea I agree. The look I want is the look from the factory. That's why I'm looking for someone who can replicate or refurbish the stock exhaust. I still haven't heard from either of the ones I emailed yet.

I found another but it's also in Australia....LOL. I guess that nobody in the US does this type of work? Sounds like a market for someone with the right equipment.
