Foot Pegs

I'm gonna be needing new foot pegs mine are worn out. One side has nothing but metal. Was wondering if anyone has modified their pegs or used another make? Looks like it wouldn't be to hard. Might need to put spacers or something in their.

Check out some pegs from a Virago. That's what I have on mine. You may have to grind the head off the rivet that holds the actual peg to the metal bracket. Do the same to the old ones, and just swap Virago pegs onto your XS. The small, round. chrome swingarm bearings covers are the same also.

I've got and extra set of 'users' not new but for sure serviceable. Front and rear - what I paid for them $20.00 US + postage.

New foot peg rubber is available from YAMAHA. I just purchased replacements for mine.
