    Bad Noise

    On my way home from work today I noticed a new noise that didnt sound good.

    Either under throttle or at idle I hear what sounds like an old chain drive bike from the engine. My guess is the cam chain needs adjusting but I wanted to make sure I was on the right track. also it started spitting and popping when I let go the throttle.

    Carbs might need cleaning.

      I would try the camchain first since it only takes 20 minutes to do. (5 of that is standing back and admiring the bike when you are done)

          I also noticed today a strange rattle.... comes up sometimes, like something is loose or something. Only at idle, comes on and off.
          Will do the camchain and check the plug color after it cools down a bit.
