  • NGK BP6ES Spark Plug

Looking about for spark plugs for me bike.
NGK BP6ES are the ones I'll be getting.
Are ALL the NGK BP6ES plugs the same or are there different ones with the BP6ES number?
Reason for asking is that some I've seen online have a fixed "screw cap" where others don't.
Could this be the case of the online pic's being "one pic covers all plugs"
Also I've notices different numbers linked to the BP6ES plug ie 7811 and 5105
Any verification will be gratefully received

    Hi ardvark,
Checking mine. Have the "nipple cap" on the threads. For the NGK caps on my XS I just remove the nipple.
I think the 4 didgit numbers are for the stores. Mine have 7333 which is how NAPA auto parts store list them.

A little research reveals. 7811 appears to be for a pack of 6
and 5105 is a UniPart # So my conclusion is the plugs are the same......but I have been wrong before

Lots of fake NGK's out there from what I understand. This may or may not be one indication.

I had to take back a batch of BP7ES plugs because the caps were not the screw off type.
