  • New generation exhaust?

There is a guy on eBay saying that a kerker from a 1990 fzr 1000 would work on an XS1100. Anybody ever try an fzr 1000 exhaust?! It looks like it could work...wouldn’t that be awesome! I saw Vance and hienz and about 6 others we could grab!

The problem with most other exhausts is the oil filter cup on the XS11 would be in the way. Keep that in mind when looking at them, if the 4 header pipes run in the center, it probably isn't going to work. Then there is the spacing of the 4 pipes on the head.

No way that works if you are talking about the downpipes. I scrapped maybe 20 fzr’s and those exhausts were hanging for years next to my spare xs pipes. If there was any chance they’d fit they would be on my bike right now
The fzr cylinders are tilted much more forward than the xs cylinders

Not anymore! I think they sold for about $750 new about 15 years ago when they still made them. Mac are the only pipes I know of still made new for the xs11. I did just see a stainless 3-1 xs 850 exhaust still made new on eBay...won’t be long until I need one of them too.
