Hi all. New to this forum and new owner of a 1981 $500.00 XS1100 venturer. It has been off the road and not started since 2012, and it has been outside in the Western N.Y. elements, Not a good environment for a bike
She has the Pacifico bags and fairing with radio to boot. She is blue and white with the reflective gold striping.
Is here any online or link to a repair and or troubleshooting manual for these?
So far Fairing and bags are off. Horrible forward controls and foot boards are replaced with stock parts and stock bars are back on.
Engine spins and sparks with a jump, and all lights ( still on the bike) are working.
Gas tank and carbs are next on the sorting list. Fun stuff!
