Can't Seem to Get My Carbs Right

Quick update. Charged the battery and tried it before going through carbs. It runs, pops a little then idles a lot better than before with no choke. I have an IV bottle for fuel and its sucking down gas quick. Like it's gonna burn a gallon of fuel before even getting to a good operating temperature. On the one hand it's progress but on the other it's still not right. Dammit.
