pickup coils

does any one know, what the ohmage should be for the pickup coils on a 78 xs 1100 standard, also where can i get new ones, and when i do get the new ones what do i gap them too .

Rob, anything between 600 - 800 ohms is OK. Gap them to .10 inches. They work very well at that gap, it's tighter than spec.
