Anybody know the pilot air screw o-ring and washer size?

    Anybody know the pilot air screw o-ring and washer size?

    I would like to replace the 4 o-rings, and I also need 1 washer but I have no idea the sizes.

    ....neither do I know the sizes, but a few yrs. back they both were still available from Yamaha, as I'd already BTDT. Those teeny O-rings, if using aftermarket for fit size, they need to be the fuel resistant version

      http://www.xs11.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30756 covers it for part numbers. Suzuki still stocks them.

        I used weed wacker fuel line and shaved off the right size to fit the needle, the washer I got in an assortment from Radio Shack chucked one into my dremel and used a file to take it down to the right size.

          Thanks a lot for the replies, guys. Geez, at $3 per teeny tiny o-ring, maybe I should try to make my own!

            Recommend spending the $3 per o-ring.

                      Thanks for the replies, everyone. I ended up finding 2 o-rings at a distant Suzuki dealer, along with 2 random washers. Got the carbs all back together, looking forward to maybe getting her fired up today.
