    Parts bike

    Looking at a parts bike, guy says his dad bought many years ago. The title says 82, it's an XS1100 standard, the vin. on the title matches the vin. of the engine, 15E001086, the frame vin. is 2H7-020797 , XS1100F, 1979 made 4/78.
    Anyone recognize that engine/title vin. ?

      I don't recognize that number on the engine but the frame is a 79 F.

      You have a titled engine. Probably NOT an 1100 engine.

              I saw pics of this bike, engine is in frame and its a shafty so it cant be a 550. Right?
