        I was thinking the same thing about my armature. I actually purchased a rebuild/refresh kit for my starter last fall and it didn't change anything. After that, in my mind if the starter was the problem it had to be the armature itself. About the only thing that doesn't get replaced with the kit... Sorry Billyrok for getting in the middle of your thread with this and good luck with the new coils. I would be interested in you opinion of them after you get them installed. Been thinking about upgrading my LG with those. Only thing is I scored a brand new OEM set a few years ago from Zanotti's. I know they are still old but the bike runs great other then my strange issue and I haven't been pressed to change them.
