You can also try to open up the clock to repair, replace and recalibrate or just get another clock.

Hmmm.....thinkin' another speedo would be the better option as opposed to clock.

Overall gearing on that MNS will be the same as my 80SG. With the final drive swap, the bike turns 3600 RPM at 60 mph. Before the FD swap it turned 4000 RPM at 60 mph.

Just another bike for comparison.
