Anybody use the Brakeaway Throttle lock on any of their bikes? Seems butt-expensive, but looks superior to the cheaper varieties. I need to put one on my Triumph for highway riding.

That's an interesting design.
It mounts 'outboard' of the flange on the stock throttle grip. I'm not sure if it'll fit without moving your hand onto the raised lip on the end of the grip or leave the pinky dangling off the end.-- Scott

You know what Scott? If you would have never mentioned that, I would have never thought of that. Excellent point! I may just buy a cheaper one, and deal with it "always" working right. I have an old one on my XS, and use it frequently.1979 XS1100F

I do like the disengagement feature when you use the front brake, that's a good idea!
If the lock is too wide you might be able to trim off the flange or just buy some new grips with no flanges.
