Can anyone tell me where to buy a good replica handlebar for my '80 XS11 Special? Maybe a part number or the tech dimensions for the stock bars. Mine were replaced back around 1983 so I have nothing to use for measuring. The bars I have now are very close yet they were "off the wall" from the Yam dealer way back then.

Also, Hat's Off to Tkat for excellent service, a great fork brace and all around exceptional ethics. Thanks Tkat!

    Handlebar

    Hello,

I have an original off of a 1981 XS850SH that I am parting out.

According to partzilla the xs850 special and your xs1100 special use the same part number.

    3H3-26111-00-00

I sent you a pm with pictures.

BTW, I am also parting out an 80 xs1100sg if you need anything else,
(but the handlebars were not original)

    Thanks,

      Handlebar

      Hi Bob,

I apologize for the late response. Thanks for the offer but I'm going with another option for the bars. I "think" I have what I need to put "Old Blackie" back together but I'll shoot you a message if something comes up.

Hard to believe, but I found a NOS headlight bucket in perfect condition for $50 on eBay and the ears for the bucket at $30 and $37 each. Right time right place, I guess. It's def been an adventure.

      Thanks Again,

      Randy
