    I took the petcocks off the tank today and guess what? NO o rings between the tank and the petcocks...
    No wonder it leaked more than a little.
    I think the last owners really kinda didn't know what they were doing

      I removed the petcocks from the tank and there were no o rings between the two. That has been fixed. The PO said his ex brother in law?? had been working on the bike. That kind of explains why the tank was dry.
      When I had the petcocks off I went through them and un grunged them. They now work much easier.
